Catalog
Due to the fact that our items are handcrafted and unique, and
the fact that we add products to it on a weekly basis, our unique collection of
wedding favors and gifts are only available on our website. We do not
produce a printed catalog because it would
become obsolete every time we wanted to offer you a new item.
Delivery Time
If the item that you order is in stock, most orders will ship within 5 business
days from when the order is placed. If the
item is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail and may be offered a
replacement product or have the rest of your
order shipped excluding the out of stock item(s). We will be happy to ship you
the out of stock item if you can receive it
in time for your wedding.
As most of our items are made by hand or may involve printing, please allow at least 3-4 weeks for these items to be delivered. We need this time to process your order and give it the special attention that it deserves.
All engraved, dated, merchandise or custom orders are non refundable.
Shipping
Creations by Chrissy ships via UPS Ground, Third Day, Second Day, Next Day Air
and UPS Ground to Canada unless otherwise
specified. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of your
website check out. Our shipping
costs are estimated and extra shipping costs may be incurred depending on the
exact size and weight of package. You will receive an e-mail
notification after your order has been made. Shipping times vary according to
shipping method chosen upon internet check
out. Refer to the guide on the website to estimate your delivery date. Please
make sure that you put your correct address
on your order form. If your package is undeliverable, you will incur additional
shipping costs to get your order shipped
back to you. If possible, please have your order shipped to a place where
someone can sign for the delivery. Creations by Chrissy cannot be responsible for packages left at the door of the delivery
address. All orders with a P.O. Box will
automatically be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
Methods of Payment
We accept the following payment forms: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover Card, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money
Orders or Personal Check. However, if you are paying by personal check, your
order will be shipped once your personal check
is cleared with the bank. This may take up to 14 days. Cashier's checks and
money orders are considered cash and therefore
your order will be processed upon receipt of these types of financial
instruments. If you are paying by check, please send

Please do not send cash. Also, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
Samples & Minimum Orders
Unlike some of our competitors, we are glad to fill small orders. Please
note however that for hand made favors there is a minimum order of 18 favors per
style. Also note that some small items are packaged in 1 dozen
increments and cannot be sent individually.
Return/Exchange Policy
Creations by Chrissy guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
If you are not satisfied, simply return it
within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or a refund. Please call us
at 1-877-CHRISSY to obtain a "Return
Authorization Number". Because we receive so many parcels every day, please make
sure you receive a Return Authorization
Number from Creations by Chrissy before returning anything to us. Shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer
unless the item is broken. In that case, Creations by Chrissy will pay for the
shipping back to our warehouse of the broken
item. Our warehouse can only accept parcels with this number clearly marked on a
return box. We charge a modest 10%
restocking fee and will be glad to refund or replace your returned items (minus
any shipping & handling charges). A Return
Authorization will be valid for 2 weeks from the date it is issued. This is
simply so that we can keep track of what is
being sent back.
Refunds will only be issued if you are not able to acquire the items you
requested. A 30% to 50% deposit required on all orders. A 20% cancellation fee
on all special order merchandise will be charged. Store credit only. No cash
refunds on the rest of the deposit.
Sales Tax
Because Creations by Chrissy is located in the state of New York, only orders
shipped inside of New York are required to be
charged tax. All other states and foreign countries are tax exempt.
Rush Orders
Depending on the size of the order, rush orders can be accommodated for an
up-charge. To place a rush order, please call
our Order Line at 1-877-CHRISSY.
Right To Privacy
Creations by Chrissy respects your right to privacy, so it will always be our
policy to never sell or share your
information with any other company or organization.
Protection
Creations by Chrissy's website was built and is continually upgraded with the
latest encryption & security technology to
ensure that your online transaction is safe.
Deposits
A deposit of a third of the total bill is required on all orders over $50.00 deposits are non-refundable, as all orders are considered custom orders.
